i love the hotel and location, it was super close to emirates mall, it made it super easy to get around! the train station are also close too. arina at the desk was a huge help and emails are fast and clear.
the live bands at the ground floor are way too loud! the banging of drums and loud music was annoying, i wish they fixed this sound problem.

Shoura from guest relations was very helpful. i also found the staff friendly, saya at reception was very nice. manzoor recommended a nearby restaurant at night. It was a good spot. the location was close to the mall and the metro which i used a lot.
the shower area was a tad small! and hot water took a while to heat up.

hamada helped me all the time. he provided all the information i needed. breakfast included many options, and everything tasted fresh.

the staff changed our room because i didn't like the view. the hotel location is near emirates mall. walking there is easy. i found it a nice stay.
the pool furniture at the rooftop appears modern, i did not try the massage because of its costs. the costs are slightly higher than 5 star hotels. the restaurant here does not have enough healthy choices.

the staff were polite, i noticed judith completed the check-in. the rooms seemed modern. the beds in my room were comfortable. daily cleaning was super clean, i must say.
the hotel had some noise issues. live bands played loudly at the ground floor. the music continued late at night, i was finding it hard to sleep. the restaurant lacked healthy food options for me.

The hotel staff was consistently helpful, especially Hamada, Jeevan, Khalid, and Jona. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and its modern furniture. The hotel's cleanliness stood out to me, the room was super clean. I found the gym very useful and clean.
I noted the live band on the ground floor played music very loudly, which might bother guests sensitive to noise.
